I worked from home yesterday so my eating was not bound by a traditional schedule of "eat before going to work" "eat at work" "eat dinner when arriving home."
I had my coffee when I first got up, then around 10am I ate an entire American Flatbread Co. pizza (1100 calories). I didn't feel horribly full or anything. Went about my day, had my water, went for a run around 4, came back and did some yoga, then around 6 I was finally hungry again. So I had a little steak and a bunch of cauliflower (450 calories.) It was a good balance of carbs, protein and fats, all within my limits on Sparkpeople.
I was also able to stop eating after dinner (it took some muscling and Golum-like talking to myself at times but I did it!) and was finally able to stay within my calorie limit for the day (something I find difficult on "normal" days.)
Does anyone eat like this on a regular basis? I guess its like having a big brunch and then dinner (without the bloody marys.) I was never overly hungry or overly full. I'm wondering if I can incorporate this into my work days ("Hey guys, I'm going on my brunch break at 10am!")
