My goal is to run the 3.1 miles without stopping. I did a practice run outside for 3.1 miles on Saturday and didn't have to stop. I did it on the treadmill a couple weeks ago, too, so I should be good.
I only had a loss of 1.2 this week. But at least it's not a gain! I don't know what's wrong with me right now. I'm on plan but I feel fat and bloated and icky. I miss that healthy skinny feeling I had going on.
