    Most of us copy and paste the previous day's entry and add on to it each day.
  • I weigh almost daily! If I think I've had a bad eating day, I don't weigh until I've had a day to get back on track. It keeps me much more motivated that way!

    3/1 - 139.8
    3/3 - 138.9 (I suspect that's mostly water weight - I had a really tough workout yesterday!)

    Man, I wish my water weight dropped off that quickly! You're only up .8 pounds from where you were before your bad day.

    3.123.8 protein bars r constpating me, hope to get used to them because the one I found is beyond awesome, I don't need a real chocolate for life with these.

    This is bologna. I feel like looking at the numbers is so disappointing and I should stop weighing, but I've also seen (with myself) and heard that those who weigh daily are more successful losing and keeping weight off.

    What to do?
