    The winter/spring of 2012 I lost 25 pounds in slightly non-healthy ways. Even though I was MUCH thinner I was still very critical of my body. Thankfully running helped me become healthier and helped my relationship with food. This winter I gained 20 lbs back because of depression and some other issues, but I feel I now have a greater appreciation for my previous body. Why didn't I know how good it was until it was gone?!

    Looking to get back to the 115-120 range and keep it that way for good!

    My name is shauna, I'm 25.5 years old and have fought weight issues/been overweight since I was 10. I feel like I've wasted so much time trying to lose and failing that I need to commit. I'm sick of feeling fat and looking fat.

    I'm 165, 5'0" and I figure skate so I have muscle in my legs. Goal is 155 by the end of June and bikini ready by August.
  • I had a weird spike in my weight over the weekend but it's back down today. I think I had a little too much salt over the weekend, so it was likely water weight. I'm glad to be cleared to exercise again...now I just have to find the time with my ridiculously busy schedule these days.
  • I weighed in for next week early today. As i have a extremely busy weekend ahead of me! but this morning i weighed in at 178.8 thats 90 lbs lost so far! ALSO means i reached my bikinin challenge GOAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    i think that deserves a new progress pic AND a cheat day or 2. time to go thru my closet and see what goodies i have! lol

    I had many slip ups as far as working out and eating goes but it is safe to say that you have to refresh your mind everyday when you wake up to keep up the momentum to change daily habits and it all has to do with routine routine and did I mention routine.
  • I'm nervous about weighing in this week. I was doing some pretty good emotional eating for a few days. I had surgery on my upper lip yesterday for a reoccurring congenital birth defect so I had been super nervous. Hoping that my previous emotional eating and my current inability to eat anything other than baby cereal will balance out by my weigh-in day. I'm a good 6lbs up from last week.

    Congrats!!!!! I don't think I'm goin to make my goal for the challenge because I sucked the entire month of May, but I'm still pretty close.
  • Thanks ladies! i took a couple days to indulge so now its back to hardcore diet and exercise till june 15(mybday!) im gonna miss all of you and watching the progress when this challenge ends i hope someone starts a new one for us all to join!

  • I have been seriously slacking...I need to get it together. I'm so close to my goal. There is no reason for me to get sloppy now.
