I just got back from my official weigh-in, not only did I get my 2 free weeks for losing .5 pounds after Valentine's, but I hit my 20 pound mark!
I was looking forward to 20 pounds lost, because it felt "considerable" to me. When sometime tells me they have lost 20 pounds...I think, "Wow! That's great! That's a lot of weight!"
So for me...there is no turning back now. I'm 20 pounds away from my starting line. I am fully IN my journey now. Can anyone relate to that?
For you- what is/was your "considerable" amount of weight loss to feel like you are in the "thin" of it?
