I saw this forum while searching for infos on plateau and weight loss and read a few threads. This seems like a community that would help me achieve my goals.
I've been trying to lose 32 pounds for a year, combining execise and diet and nothing works. Since I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown (well... no... but I'm desperate, that's for sure), I figured that some tips might keep me in the right direction.
BTW, congrats to all of you who set a goal and intend to reach it!
