i think something finally clicked

  • I started last week following a meal plan that a body builder gave me. By thursday i couldnt look at food. Everything disgusted me. So friday i went back to calorie counting. I finally realized i cant hate or overlove food. Today im having a "cheat day" going over my cals a little. Not much. But for this to work i have to take my time.

    Anyone realize wat works w o tryin?
  • for me, it's eating "clean", low carbs, and one cheat day a week. though i've finally realized that "cheat day" should not mean "binge day" haha... if i just cheat and have stuff i don't normally eat - in reasonable amounts - then my weightloss just keeps going. when i binge. it goes back up and then stalls.

  • Calorie counting is a lot easier than I expected, especially using an app like MFP
