Hello everyone.
I joined here 2 and a half years ago and didn't make a lot of progress with my weight loss. I'm now 31 lbs heavier - in crisis really - and renewing my intention to lose a whole lot of weight.

I'm in the West of Ireland. Is anyone else from my neck of the woods?

I've seen very few people from Ireland on the forum but I myself am from Galway!
