I am new to 3FC. I don't know if you can have a friends list or anything on here but I do use MyFitnessPal, and wonder if we are allowed to request friends on sites such as that on sites such as this? I just am looking to get to know new people and who can help me and who I can help as well in the motivation of dieting, as that is something I struggle with.
