    Feb. 1: 1 hour mat pilates class, 65 min elliptical, 40 min dog walk (now back to hibernating - brrr)
  • February 1: Rodney Yee's Yoga Burn DVD (60 Minutes)
    running on treadmill - incline 2 - 4 miles (34:28)
    stationary recumbent bike - 6 miles - (16:08)
  • Friday, Feb. 1st:

    30 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, resistance at nine, random intervals
    60 minutes back & biceps routine
    30 minutes back on the Stairmaster
  • Saturday, Feb. 2, Groundhog Day

    60 minute spin class with weight interval
    50 minute Pilates mat class

    A bit late for Pilates because we had a substitute spin instructor who ran overtime. Still seeing lots of new members in classes.
  • Feb. 2: 35 min elliptical, spin class, 40 min dog walk
  • February 2: 50 minutes weight lifting (arms and shoulders)
    5 mile walk with dogs (1:16:57)
    10 minutes foam rolling
  • I've started giving the bikram yoga teachers nicknames.

    February 1: 90 minutes bikram yoga with Big Bang Lee (he's super nerdy looking and I picture him on Big Bang theory)

    February 2: 95 minutes bikram yoga with Big Bang Lee before leaving for our Napa getaway. Hope it offsets some of the decadence planned.

    15 minute warmup on the Stairmaster, the usual setting
    60 minutes shoulders, bicep & tricep routine, plus a set of deadlifts and squats
    45 minute spin class
  • February 3: 9 mile treadmill run, incline 2 (1:18:27)
    10 minutes foam rolling
  • Monday, Feb. 4th:

    10 minute warmup elliptical
    30 minute training session on deadlift (85 lbs), bent-over-row (low, to get form down), squat (80 lbs)
    60 minutes elliptical, resistance at nine, random intervals, alternating backward & forward every 15 minutes
  • Friday, Feb 1: 30 min cardio on treadmill and arc trainer.

    Saturday, Feb 2: Steep walk up and down Platteclove Road.

    Sunday, Feb 3: Nothing

    Monday, Feb 4: AM DB bench press, stair stepper, barbell in corner push presses and bent over rows. Will ideally gym in evening too.
  • Feb. 3: 40 min dog walk, power class
    Feb. 4: 40 min dog walk, 52 min swim (2000 yds)
  • February 4: P90X Kenpo (58 mins)
    45 minutes weight lifting (back)
