Default Looking for weight loss buddies!
Hello!

I joined this forum in hopes to get some inspiration as well as inspire others on my weight loss journey. I started exercising and changing my eating habits back in December of 2012. I am now about 7 weeks into my journey.

I am concentrating on eating healthy, whole foods, no processed or fast foods and I am exercising about an hour each day on my stationary bike and eliptical. I also am starting to learn to hoop dance! If you have to exercise it might as well be fun right?

Would love to be your weight loss buddy!! I am a 40+ married mom of 2 who wants to lose at least 100 lbs. It's gonna be a long haul but we can do this!! I look forward to getting to know you!
