How many carbs a day do you think? You are so nice t have helped me. I had a baby 10 months ago and I was stuck in the 150's. Finally got to the 130's and I dont want to mess it uo beacuse im still carrying allot of weight in my tummy, my waist measures 34inches. So i need to lose still;(
Have you ever had your thyroid checked? I was losing a lot of hair 9 months after my youngest was born (and had bad fatigue, constipation, muscle aches...). Turned out it was hypothyroidism, which also contributed to my difficulty losing weight. I have also had some additional hair loss since starting IP, but I take a Biotin supplement every morning and it has gotten a little better. I don't worry because I know THAT hair loss will grow back
As far as switching to a different diet, IP does NOT change your body chemistry or make you unable to follow other diet plans. You just need to phase off properly before switching to a different plan if it has carbs. If it's not working well for you, you may want to talk to your doctor and see if they can hook you up with a dietician - they can help you create a workable diet plan and are usually covered by your insurance.
