Breakfast egg whites with peppers tea
Dinner salad green low calorie dressing apple with peanut butter
    Supper Chicken baked potato yogurt
I do not like a lot of vegetables so broccoli and other greens are not for me
can someone please offer some advice
  • How much weight have you gained? In what time frame?
  • Probably just water weight, weigh yourself in the morning before you eat or drink anything....and go to the bathroom if you have to!

Make sure you're standing on the scale right, stand up straight and don't look at the numbers changing.
  • How tall are you? 145p might be close to goal since you're not very heavy. The less you have to lose, the slower it comes off. If you're for sure eating 1,200 cals then maybe have to ramp up your exercise.
  • Be careful on your salt intake too, that will help retain water weight at most times. It sounds like you are doing everything right so just dont visit the weight scale so much cause that will make you paranoid. Make sure to throw a good portion of fiber in your diet.
  • Sorry thought I put my height in there I am 5 4 I have gained 1.9 lbs last week 2 weeks before that it was .8lbs and the week before that was 1.3 lbs about 4lbs in total my goal weight is 130 lbs
  • Hey! It sounds like you are doing everything right.
You can't trust the treadmill's gauge of how many calories you burn walking--figure about 43.5 net calories per mile above what you would have burned at rest--so like 150 calories for 3 miles--but other than that, you should be good.
