When I keep my exercising to once r twice a week I seem to lose steady. Yet when I workout 5-6x and more impact I seem to stall. Anyone else? How'd you break this?

Working out more often could temporarily be causing water retention.
Assuming calories are the same working out more often will not stall your fat loss it may temporarily stall your weight loss.
Sorry yes keeping the calorie intake under/at 1350
Same story here. Although I have been playing w/ my calories, they never get higher than 1550. That number is only when pretty active.
