  • I'm a couple days early throwing this thread out there, but as is typical of me towards the end of the month -- I'm very anxious for this month to be over and for the next one to begin!

    For anyone new to these types of challenges, you don't have to make your goal 10 pounds, it can be anything!

    Just jump in and record your weight when the time comes! We really had a great month in December for losses and support/check ins. Let's start 2013 out with a BANG!

  • The previous thread helped me lose 10lbs in December. So, I'm in for 10lbs in January. If I make it, it will be my 5th (and probably final) month achieving a 10lbs loss. So, here we go....
