If you're looking for low impact exercises, my personal fave TTap has many posted, and their both therapeutic and very effective. I did ten minutes of a lunge and balance sequence on Wednesday and my muscles are still sore! But my hips, knees, and neck are all well protected and feeling great, even with pregnancy. I can't sing the praises of the workout system enough and Teresa Tapp, the creator, is very generous about posting many try-before-you-buy videos.
Most of us end up buying and not regretting it one bit!
