I am thinking about starting the Fat Smash Diet soon. I wanted to know if there are any other members on it or anyone that has good reviews about it. Let me know.

I have been thinking about going on this again since monday but still not sure. I tried it many years ago also his EFS and 4 day diet but never stuck to any of them.

Well i ve tried it and lost 37 lbs once.. fully effective and as i remember my self, i never said i was hungry. I kept that body for 3 yrs but unfortunatelly the last 6 months i got thyreoid probs and gained 22lb back.. AND YES i m back on track.. i m gonna lose those again, thanks to dr. Jan!!!
