I'm proud of myself....I ate more than I normally would on a regular day, but I don't feel uncomfortably full and ready to burst like I have on past holidays. Made myself a dish with turkey, mashed potatoes, carrots, and cranberry sauce. I held off on the rolls because I can have dinner rolls numerous times throughout the year and, thankfully, there weren't too many desserts calling my name. If there were cookies or brownies instead of the pie, I would have been in trouble!! haha
I also made sure to get up early this morning and head to the gym before it closed at noon to get some activity in before the day! Also, dinner was taking a lot longer than expected to finish cooking, so my nieces and I had a Dance Party in the living room while waiting to eat
