  • IP Phase 1, 101 days, 14 weeks, 3 days

    Breakfast: Chai Tea with Ginger root, chocolate EAS Shake (with 1 c. spinach)

    Lunch: Chicken soup with celery and spinach, EAS drink

    Dinner: Barbeque Chicken with cucumbers and salad greens, wf salad dressing

    Snack: EAS Shake

  • B: RTD Chocolate Shake
    L: IP Chocolate Pudding, salad, steamed broccoli
    D: Chicken & Spinach
    S: probably a RTD shake
  • B- tea, 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 Orange shake (yum!!)
    L- Leek soup with pureed' cabbage, kale and broccoli with low sodium chx broth
    D- Chicken (fajitas- still looking for recipe) peppers, more broccoli, tomatoes on lettuce
    S- who knows! probably something sweet!
  • B: RTD Choc Ip drink
    L: IP Wilberry drink + sauteed spinach and turnip with garlic
    S: IP Cran-Gran Drink
    D: Chicken & vegetables
  • B: Cappuccino drink
    L: Cookies & Cream bar with zucchini oven roasted with sea salt/ pepper/ and mrs Dash garlic and herb blend seasoning.
    D: Not sure yet but probably something chicken
    S: will be the Cran Granata drink (my favorite)
  • B: IP mango, coffee
    L: steamed broccoli, EAS carb advantage chocolate fudge shake
    S: IP garlic and onion soy nuts
    D: grilled sea bass, sauteed mushrooms and bell peppers
  • Today started out good and then just got messy as time went on

    Breakfast: Proti Diet honey soy nut cereal with 3oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD as "milk", black coffee

    Lunch: Balanced Protein Cheese steak & macaroni dinner
    (totally forgot to eat veggies)

    Dinner: Forgot to make any protein. Had 4oz leftover chicken in the fridge. Hubby reminded me of the hurricane hard boiled eggs 2 eggs chopped, chicken, and 4 cups of veggies over lettuce = one big #(^% salad that I almost wasn't able to finish!

    Snack: Cocomint Creme pudding.

  • Brekkie: 1 egg, 2 egg whites scrambled with kale, roasted red pepper, garlic and 1 tsp olive oil, Coffee with 1 oz milk
    Lunch: 2 cups red goddess soup, WLS peanut butter brownie bar
    Supper: LC Homestyle Beef Chili with 1.5 cup red goddess soup added and jalapenos, and 1 tsp sour cream (alternative)
    Snack: WLS Hot Chocolate, 2 mini LC biscottis (alternative)
