    LUNCH: Chicken Broth with Summer squash, radish, green onions and 1 oz leftover pork loin roast, zucchini chips, 1/2 serving snackergy bbq potato zippers!!!
    SUPPER: mahi mahi, cabbage IP rasp jello
    SNACK: "mock: wine!!

    Breakfast: IP Maple Oatmeal pancake, black coffee, 1 cup jicama w/cinnamon

    Lunch: Mushroom soup w/ 2/3 cup puree (equal to 1 cup raw)

    Dinner: romaine salad with grilled chicken, red peppers, bean sprouts, WF sesame ginger dressing

    Snack: IP Capuccino mixed with 1 cup black coffee

    Breakfast: Chocolate drink mix
    Lunch: Caramel bar and salad with mushrooms and spinach

  • Breakfast...coffee with premier protein vanilla RTD and torani sf syrup.
    Lunch...cucumber and kohlrabi and either a pure protein bar or another shake
    Supper...flatiron steak, garlic, mushrooms, onion, ans steamed broccoli with a salad.
    Snack...depends on whether I have a restricted for lunch. Either shake or crepes with variety of WF dips and spreads.

    When I have tried the oatmeal pancake is stays pretty mushy on the inside, does yours? What do you add? I do use Healthsmart oatmeal which is unrestricted.

    Snack: EAS CarbadvantEDGE drink
  • Phase 1 Week 6

    Breakfast: IP Wildberry Yogurt pancakes, WF maple syrup
    Lunch: IP Chicken Soup, 2 cups mushrooms
    Dinner: Pulled pork with spicy peanut sauce (using WF peanut spread), brocolli and shirataki noodles
    Snack: IP Vanilla Pudding Shake

    OMG - that sounds amazing! I just came up with a Quinoa Pudding recipe in Phase 3 with Apples I think I may just plop in a few Jicama for extra 'oomph'. Definitely grabbing a pack of Crispy Cereal my next WI to mess around with 'Apple Pancakes'...OMG, Sautee up those shreds with Cinnamon and WF Apple Butter...<drool>

    2 Eggs + 4oz Egg Whites + 1/2 packet Knox

    1/3 cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
    Coffee + 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk + Sweetleaf Stevia

    Lunch@12pm: 8oz protein + 2 cups veggie
    IP Bar
    Roasted Cauliflower, Celery, & Garlic Puree

    Snack@4pm: Rhubarb & Strawberry Ice Cream
    EAS Strawberry RTD
    2 cups Rhubarb
    WF Stawberry Spread

    Dinner@8:30pm: 8oz protein + 2 cups veggie
    Chicken Breast
    Rutabaga
