    Salad with lettuce, mushroom zucchini and peppers
    Olive oil

    Snack:
    IP cappuccino blended with ice

    Dinner:
    Basa fish with steamed broccoli and cauliflower
    Lettuce salad

    Snack:
    IP bar
  • Phase 1 Week 5, day 7

    Breakfast: vanilla shake with coffee and 2 T. chocolate dip wf
    Lunch: 1 egg and 2 ew's, 1 c. spinach, 1 small portabella
    Snack: chocolate shake with coffee 1/2 caramel peanut bar
    Dinner: 5 oz hamburger, 1 cup lettuce, 1 slice tomato, mustard, pickles
    Snack: chocolate shake w/ 2 egg whites
