Hello Fellow Southbeachers! I started the SB diet on Friday and lost 4lbs already! Woo-hoo! But I'm wondering if there are any avid runners out there who are on the beach? I normally run 4-5 times a week, 2-4 miles each time. Not too much, but I'm just getting started. Today, I ran 3 miles and it was one of the hardest runs I've done. I'm wondering if it's because my body has less carbs for fuel or what is going on! Should I not run during phase 1 or have something higher in carbs before I go?
If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it!
