I am a newbie. I started my diet this week at MRC. I weigh 185.5 and I am trying tp get down to 142. I don't know what happened but since age 49, I have really packed on the pounds. I know some rhis is just because of pure laziness on my part. Anyway, I saw the light...or my big behind and decided to get on the bandwagon. This is a great website and I hope to making some inspiring friends...cause I sure could use some help from you ladies that already have lost some weight.
My first weigh in is Tuesday. I think I have done well. I feel better. I have elimated sugar and caffiene and I dont have any cravings. I even went out to eat at a buffet...took my on fat free, sugar free dressing and wow,,I didnt hardly eat anything. I think drinking 64. oz of water helps.MRC says I can lose this weigh in 17 weeks...I sure would love to.
I ll keep reading your posts and looking for suggestions...meantime I'm heading to the gym. Nice to meet you girls.It is so nice to have a support where everyone is walking down the same road. See ya soon!
