confused..please help

  • Hello...I started on IP a week ago today but Im stumped on vitamin componet of this program I was given 7 supp vitamin bottles and confused as to when i should use them and how many. The bottles are of the following: Enzymes, CalMag, Potassium Calcium, Multi-Vita, Omega 3, Anti-Oxy and Novi-Lax. Any response will be greatly appreciated



  • This is what I take and when:

    Breakfast
    1 Natura Multi-Vita
    1 Natura Potassium-Calcium
    1 Omega III

    Lunch
    1 Omega III

    Dinner
    2 Natura Cal-Mag
    1 Natura Multi-Vita
    1 Omega III

    Snack
    2 Natura Cal-Mag

    I don't take the Enzymes or the Anti-Oxys and I believe that the Novo-Lax is only supposed to be used if you're having problems going to the bathroom.

  • Thanks and Yes the Novo-Lax is for digestive problems but Im clueless as to why or what the others are for. My coach was out this week at my weigh in and so I couldnt ask her. Everything was just put in my start up bag last week but I wasnt given any direction as to when to take them.

  • That is because those 3 are OPTIONAL that is why they aren't on your sheet!
  • OK I could be mistaken but here's the sheets I have that reference the supplements in general:

    Nutritional Supplements
    Vitamins – The ideal combination of all essential vitamins

    Calcium, Magnesium & Potassium– Crucial and

  • I take 1 Anti-Oxy and 2 enzymes at lunch and dinner.

    2 Novi-lax at bedtime as needed.

    My coach just handwrote it on my sheet for me (she also marked the caps of the bottles with when and how many which comes in really handy and when I'm done with a bottle I toss it and keep the cap for the next one).
  • Thank you Kaypix and Jules...I was really having a hard time with this issue and I didnt want to go about remaining clueless till my next weigh in. I had been reading through the threads to see if I could find anything but wasnt successful.
