  • Phase 2:

    Breakfast, 7:30:
    Protein Powder Muffins
    WF Syrup
    2 Cups Coffee with EAS as creamer and 2 splendas

    Lunch, 1:45:
    Salad with bell peppers, mushrooms, raddish and chicken with EVOO and spices

    Dinner, 5:30:
    Leftovers, probably a taco salad

    Snack, 8:
    Protein Powder blended into ice cream
  • Breakfast - spinach smoothie w/WF choc syrup, vanilla & almond extracts, 1 c spinach, 1 serving Proti-Diet choc drink mix, about a cup of water

    Lunch - IP jelly w/1 c shredded cabbage

    Snack - Proti-Diet chicken soup (just got them today and anxious to try)

    supper - Leftover steak and turnips fresh from the garden, salad
  • Phase 1: Week 21, Day 2

    Breakfast@9am: Spinach Smoothie
    IP Milk Chocolate Pudding
    Spinach & Lettuce
    2 cups Coffee
    1 Stevia

    Lunch@1pm:
    Boiled Shrimp - out
    Eggplant Puree - at home

    Snack@5pm: Restricted
    IP Chocolate Soy Puffs

    Dinner@9pm: Zucchini Pancakes
    IP Crispy Cereal
    2 Egg Whites, beaten
    Zucchini, shredded & squeezed
  • Breakfast--vanilla pudding pancakes, coffee

    Lunch--big Mac in a bowl with extra veggies and chili pepper pickles

    Snack-- cran bar

    Dinner--egg white omelette with lots of veggies

    Snack--butterscotch pudding shake

    Weird day. I ate my meat during lunch so that is why I did egg whites at dinner. I may do it again though. I really enjoyed my omelette tonight!
  • Grilled shrimp and asparagus for dinner! I'm trying sliced Zucchini with all spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and splenda for dessert.....I hope it's good!

    Lunch -- iP chicken noodle soup, lettuce, 2 cups veggies (cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms), and olive oil

    Dinner -- 8 oz ground sirloin, lettuce, 2 cups veggies (same as lunch)

    Snack -- chocolate RTD

    Breakfast:
    IP pancake with WF chocolate syrup (ran out of 'maple syrup')

    Lunch:
    IP Cinnimon bar
    Cucumber, red and green peppers

    Dinner:
    7oz baked Basa with lemon and cilantro
    IP potato purée with green onion and garlic
    Salad with peppers 1/4 tomato and fresh herbs an lemon

    Snack:
    I don't know if I should have one?
