I'm Anna from the UK! I probably belong more in the 140s thread because I am teetering on the edge of 139/140, but since I plan to say "see ya 130's!" I thought I'd start my 3FC posting in this thread!
I've been eating rubbish and not exercising for the last few months and while I'm relatively lucky with what it's done to my weight, I'm fed up with being "skinny fat" and want to do something about it. I only started at the weekend but I'm feeling fairly positive about things at the moment.
I actually don't mind exercising- I'm signed up for a 10 mile run in October too, so I've got no excuse not to get out for a run. But I've got a major sweet tooth and because I've been going through a fair bit of stress at work, I've been using it as an excuse to snack on big chunks of flapjack and cookies. I live with my boyfriend so I've asked him to help keep me accountable for the junk I eat and hopefully 3FC will do that too
