Me too. When I started dieting back in late March I stocked up on program-suitable flavorings, etc., to jazz up all the water I knew I had to drink.
I find myself occasionally adding some MIO, or sometimes one of the other flavorings - but it's quite rare these days. Not even on a daily basis anymore - more like 2x/week if that.
I prefer plain, unadulterateded filtered water. Sometimes with a good squirt of ACV added.
Very occasionally maybe a glass of club soda with a squirt of MIO. That's my 'special occasion' drink.
And I found I dislike Powerade Zero. Bought one a couple of weeks ago to test it, and the rest of the bottle's been sitting in my fridge untouched ever since. I prefer plain water.
