How are you preparing your greens? I usually love them but I am having a hard time figuring out how to fix them IPish. And herbed salmon sounds delicious. I might just have that myself tonight!
My plan:
Breakie: vanilla rtd heated up with cinnamon and coffee. SOOOO yummy.
Lunch: chicken noodle soup, roasted zucchini, peppers, and mushrooms.
Dinner:??? Maybe salmon, maybe pork loin sauteed with broccoli and leeks.
Oops-almost forgot my snack: frozen wildberry yogurt
