  • This is EXACTLY why I made the home of the 100%, I was tired of the cheating talk and biting my tongue.....lol....THIS is our home!
  • We only cheat in our dreams! I don't even have any cravings or desire for any of that stuff when I am awake, it actually kind of grosses me out! I am learning so much it has truly affected my outlook on food for the better. MeadowWheeler, hope you have a good nights sleep! And the rest of you 100%ers as well...

  • I think the thing that i find most irritating is that these people still loose when they cheat... But in reality they are only cheating themselves. They obviously are not learning on how they got FAT in the first place... And they are the ones that will be trying to tackle this diet for however long it takes em to realize that IP isn't for them because they have no will power... Ok. I will step off my soap box now.... I just find it frustrating because this IP section of the boards seems so separated now... Cheaters vs non cheaters. LOL



    So HUGE nsv for me... I posted my full body shot on FB... Which was a huge thing for me. because I didn't want anyone to really see til I was finished.... But a few minutes later. I got about 4-5 messages asking what I've been doing. And they wanna do it... And these are all folks whom USED to be smaller than me... I just think "in yo face now" I know I'm bad... LOL

  • I need to join this thread. I have been OP for 9 weeks and haven't cheated at all. I like all the positive reinforcement here. I love the diet and it has been pretty easy! Thanks everyone.
  • Jelly, I know you say you want to lose more but in the full body shot you look fantastic already. i am not surprised you got so many interested inquiries on FB.

    What I am amazed with on the daily thread this weekend is that some coaches don't seem to realize the impact of alcohol when on the protocol and don't really warn people about it. Some even say vodka is OK???
    People have to pay for misinformation like that?

    Anyway I wanted to comment on that in response to more than one post today.

    I agree on the alcohol but since joining this site I have been amazed about the differences in coaching on ALL aspects...I truly beleived that the IP protocol was very cut and dried. What even more interesting, is that it seems most of our Canadian coaches are very close to the same page...I see more variance with the US coaching, which doesnt make any sense, but just an observation...

    OR...the US clients dont listen very well LOL (sorry my US peeps)!

    Also, is Phase 1 considered Protocol?

    The gum 'can' be a big deal but a lot chew gum. Just make sure it is sugarless, and most people and coaches say stay away from aspartame sweetened as well. Phase 1 is the first of 4 phases within the IP PROTOCOL
  • Happy Monday everyone! It is going to be another fabulous 100% OP day! This evening right after work Jeff and I have another 5K we will be walking. So I am packing extra protein for us. Have a beautiful day!

    How is it the last week of June? Busy week this week. Too busy to even think about, will be taking it one hour at a time!

    Love that I don't have to worry about what I am eating today...but P3 tomorrow...need to make sure I go to the grocery store for my bfast tomorrow. Glad I don't work tomorrow, so I can concentrate on P3 and moving.

    I think about her all of the time....usually when I am attempting to get big projects done!!!! I think that she was going to be performing in a musical concert of sorts? I hope she is okay. She is so little now, I hope she did not "disappear" : )

    I think a lot of it has to do with the determination of the person doing the program as well. I follow what my coach says, I don't try adding anything to it and if I do add something its because she told me too. I don't go off and ask crazy questions (alcohol). I know its NOT allowed so I don't question it.

    I have chewed gum since day one. I have 2-3 pieces a day usually between lunch and dinner and after dinner sometimes. Like longhorn said as long as its sugarfree.
