Today has been so overwhelming and stressful. My daughter has been a handful and I've been anticipating my husbands upcoming deployment at the end of the month. I so just wanted to eat my husbands fudge pop tarts and veg out. Luckily I came to my senses and decided to go on one of my very brisk walks for about 35 min with my daughter. I am so glad I did, because the cravings are gone. Exercise is really a stress reducer.
