I just got 2 bags of PB2 today from amazon; 1 of the chocolate kind and one of the regular kind. They don't taste like peanut butter, but boy howdy do they taste like peanuts. YUMMY! I had a PB2 and banana sandwich for dinner. I looked on the manufacturer's website for recipes, but mostly they are loaded with sugar and added back in fat. Not much point to do that.
Can anyone suggest some things I can use it for besides smoothies, fruit dip, and sammiches?
