Hi all,
I am back here on these boards because I realize that the times that I was interacting with 3fatchicks.com happened to be the times when I actually started to see results.
Unfortunately, I think that I have gained about 15-20 pounds. Basically, I have regained all the weight that I have lost. When I look at pictures from when I had lost that much weight, I realize that I was in the midst of posting on 3fatchicks.com.
I realize now that this is the place where I need to vent mess-ups and everything. It's truly through 3fatchicks.com that I have been able to get the support I need.
So many other people and things in my life aren't that supportive---but I am glad to be back.
