  • I started upping my water. I think that is part of the no lose. I started to workout but didn't drink enough water! We will see! This week might be crazy too because I just added back in weight training.
  • I am at my sisters house until tomorrow (been here visiting since Friday night) so I missed the first weigh in. I usually weigh daily and will post Friday's weight when I get home tomorrow night just to keep the space occupied for next week's official weigh in.

    My official weigh-ins are Friday, but so far this week hasnt gone well so im thinkin... I will weigh in this Monday for the sake of this challenge! Official weigh-ins will still be Fridays though. I guess we will see how bad it is on Friday I just dont feel productive this week, concerning exercise. It could be all the stress from this week too.
  • I have been doing horrible for a couple weeks now. I haven't been working out and been under a lot of stress with bills and just everything, and as always putting myself on the back burner. Today I have decided to stop worrying about everything and make time for me. I am going to conquer my weight issue and today is going to be my new fresh start to get back on track. Next week is going to be a better weigh in!!!

  • hit a new low today at 153.6!! i'm actually surprised because i tend to gain every Monday.

    don't lose hope everyone! continue to just push through all the stress & plateaus. we can do this!!

  • Ugh....I weighed myself when I got home from my sister's house and I was only up about 1.5 pounds. I actually wasn't too upset about it because that included not eating the best, not having specific exercise time, and flying which always makes balloon up. WW weigh in on Saturday morning was up about the same. However, my scale has decided to rebel since then and it went up like 2.5 pounds from that point. Frustrating because I feel like I was doing good since getting back from OKC. Getting in more veggies, really watching what I ate and getting right back into it at the gym. Seeing the scale go up every day instead of down makes me mad! Hopefully it moves back down soon. I worked too hard to get down into the lower parts of the 170's to get back up into the upper parts of the 170's.

  • ACK! I gained! BLAH! It's so frustrating. I've been eating sooooooooo badly the last few days because I've been stressing over EVERYTHING and in a lot of pain. It makes me so sad cause on thurs. I was down to 180, so close to not being obese! Time for rededication!

    I'm happy I keep losing weight, even though it's in very small amounts...

  • I am weighing in on Friday for 4/23... Im back on track after a week of feeling lazy. I didnt eat the best, but I wasnt out of control. I didnt exercise AT ALL though. I did go to the gym today, and I will go tomorrow as well

    I realize my biggest fear is giving up, this is the FIRST TIME that i have actually lost more than 5 pounds! I have lost 24 pounds! I cant stop! So, i wont Sometimes it gets hard.. this last week was brutal. So much school, work, financial stress... It was hard to get out of bed. But, I did get out of bed, then i started to clean my home and it just got better. Keep it up everyone!!!
