Lost your New Year Motivation and Struggle with Reaching Your Goal?

  • Resolutions, Smesholutions. Let's be honest. Even for the most dedicated of us, the novelty of sticking with a New Year's Resolution wears off after a few weeks. So, instead, I encourage you to come up with a shortlist of goals...

    Do you want to get all the way through your workout? Run a 5K? Get those washboard abs you've always wanted?

    Because goals are action-oriented, once you decide what you want to achieve and commit yourself, you're much more likely to see success.

    To get you started, here are my top three:

    1. Lose 10% Body Fat by end of Summer
    2. Tone up my legs by doing 5 sets of 20 squats 4 days a week
    3. Get super-toned arms with a hybrid of LES MILLS PUMP and P90X

    What are yours? And what are you going to do to make them happen?
  • 1. Reach goal weight and fat% by August.
    2. Run for 8 minutes with out stopping.
    3. Were a not skirted swimsuit this year.

    How am I going to accomplish these? As NIKE would say JUST DO IT!!
  • 1. I'd like to lose 20 lbs by Summer. That is 10 weeks. Should be doable if I work hard enough.
    2. Easily fit into my size 24 non-stretch jeans.
    3. Exercise at least 5 days a week.
  • Copying a goal
    Bathing suit without a skirt by July!! Or a bikini top and shorts...either one I'd be stoked!
