    Well, I'm not normal, but actually what I meant by that was... set your kitchen timer for 10 minutes and do 50 crunches in a row, rest 30 seconds and repeat. That's all. Good Lord, no one can do crunches non-stop for 10 minutes can they?

    I in my current state couldn't do 15 crunches in a row... so I was just being silly and making fun of myself...
