    I ended up exercising yesterday even though it was supposed to be a rest day. I've been really stressed lately and exercise seems to be the only thing that helps....: / Sat. I have auditions for school(I'm a pianist and we need to audition wherever we go) and its really driving me crazy.

    I am very new to this site and would LOVE to join this challenge. Just started yesterday to follow the weight watchers plus points program (slightly modified) as I no longer want to pay to go very costly.

    My new form of exercise the past two weeks has been squash and loving it.

    Can you tell me what the challenge is, and sorry for my ignorance what is this WEED thing everyone is also doing?

  • So my stomach decided to revolt this week...maybe the scales will show something after eating toast for 3 days now...but I've pretty much been either sitting at work or laying on the couch...grrr!!! Plenty of water though..gonna give a workout video a shot tonight though!
  • hi! what a great group... want to be a part of. I started last November and lost 21 pounds.
    So, my WEED:
    W - maybe a gallon of water
    E -walk during lunchtime or after work and wii (usually it is tennis)
    E -1200
    D - evening jogging. I skipped it last 3 days.

    BTW, what does it mean "W-100"?
  • Dottington- Sorry about the stress with school. I know all about stress with school this semester is killing me.... Can't wait till this semester is over and I dont have to stress for a few weeks lol... Hoping to stay OP and posting almost daily this challenge...


    I am happy to say that I am back on plan and didn't really get to exercise today, but I did keep my calories low and got in a little work out in.. I hope to stay on plan with this challenge I want to loose 20-40 pounds by my birthday in June... I know I ain't posted much lately, I haven't even been on FB page munch and I was addicted to it lol.. I found some motivation to help get me out my funk now just have to find the energy. Thinking about getting back on my BC pill, but I don't remember how I did on them weight wise.

    Well I guess I am going to go to bed now... Need to get up early instead of sleeping till noon lol

  • MM- That sounds like fun. Call me crazy. I would love to do that. When we go on vacay for spring break we are planning on doing some hiking. Need to find a good spot in NC or SC.

    I was hopeful for weigh-in today but alas...not good. I have worked out the past 2 days and upped calories and subsequently gained both days. Maybe this new plan doesn't work. Still giving it a shot for a while. I am currently missing TOM so I think the whole hormone thing has an effect too. Man this sucks!!!

    Dott- I was going to be a pianist in my younger days. That didn't work out so well. Good for you. It is quite a talent.

    mtiger-I'm sorry about the gain It sounds like its really not actual weight gain though since you mentioned hormones and exercise. I know if I do some hard workout I always see a spike on the scale. I'm sure you'll be moving down soon!

  • I am having one of those times when I just want to throw in the towel. All I seem capable of is gaining this week. I have worked out everyday and kept calories in check. WHAT GIVES??? I need to find the momentum to keep trying.
  • mtiger-You can do it! Just think, a year from now you'll be so glad you kept going We all have those stupid weeks were we magically gain 10lbs or something ridiculous. If you're doing everything right, don't sweat it! The scale is probably the worst thing to measure progress on....at least for daily or even weekly progress. Eventually though it will nudge down if you keep with it!

    I have gained some of my weight back . I should be with my ticker weight soon ! I have been in a cast for three weeks with no exercise however now I am good to go back to my workouts. I am so focused to staying OP to feel better this summer !
  • Mindy, I can and you can. Keep at it, we are going to find our way back into our skinnier clothes.
  • W-a lot. I wanted to control calorie intake, so drink a lot of tea.

    D - add stretching exercises in my routine.
  • dottington thanks I am trying not to.. I have been in a pretty good mood yesterday and today... School and can't find a job is main stress right now lol

    Well I have walked alot today and yesterday. My feet are killing me lol.... I have also be dancing for exercise.. I have also been not eating much.. I am trying to cut my food in half. I drink water and eat when I am really hungry and not just bored hungry.. It working so far these past two days and I ain't binged yet... I am going to try my form of a "starvation diet." I hope it works.. I mean by starvation is like I only am eating 3 small meals a day at the most. I am trying to teach myself that I don't have to always have food in my mouth...
