I am a stubborn person.. and am prone to self sabotage myself (I think because I like to test limits lol).. So when I started weight watchers 2 months ago and was given a higher point value (45) because of my high weight I thought great! I can still eat the way I want to.. meaning tons of pasta and ice cream because they "fit" into my daily points.
I lost 12 lbs doing this because I was for the first time tracking my portion size. Now however I am not losing any more and I have even gained 2 lbs. I think I need to kinda give in to eating better and stop using 30 of my points on empty carbs. Its crazy to me that I realized I was doing this for the last 2 months but just didnt want to give in to actually changing my unhealthy lifestyle. I wouldnt eat breakfast.. and would eat huge portions at lunch using around 30 lbs!
Anyone have any advice on this to get me started in the right direction?
