CLA has been on the radar for weight loss for years. I tried it about 10 years ago with no success, but I might try it again just to see if in conjunction with the much stricter diet and exercise program I use now if it doesn't help.
Has anyone trying this determined if it is working or not???? I asked my pt about CLA and he said he uses it and he would highly reccomend it so I went out and bought some and started it yesterday. I made the english muffin breakfast this morning and have to say, I am NOT crazy about avocado. Is there anything you can substitute or should I just leave it out?
