  • Fiiiinally down! I've been between 143.6 and 144.6 for the last two weeks, and I finally dropped down to 142.8 this morning! Feels great when you get out of a plateau, doesn't it? Hopefully I can get a couple more days of downward movement before we stall again, since I've been freaking PERFECT with the food and exercise this week.

  • I'm back!!! Only gained two-five poounds after the wedding, honeymoon (in New Orleans ), Christmas, newly wed life...but I have started to notice that my muscles have gotten very weak and my cardio is pretty crappy. So I am going to jump back on the wagon.

    Really happy I'm down to 156 - even though it's JUST 156 I'll take it! I was worried with all the going out and socialising I've been doing it would be ruined! Just trying to keep exercising and drinking loads of water is helping =)

    I've been having a GREAT week so far, personally. I'm down 2.2 pounds since Sunday (141.4 now!). This is absolutely ridiculous for me. But I guess I've earned it since I was on-plan all last week and didn't lose a damned thing.

    I have an app on my Iphone called Lose It! and it helps me stay under 1400 calories a day and i work out 5 times a week. I also avoid eating bread after 7pm. I drink almost a gallon a day. My hubby is also on board this time . He has lost 27 lbs so far too

    He knows I've been losing weight, just not how much and I've tried not to show him how I look on Skype. There have been a few pictures of me on facebook, but nothing too revealing. I plan on sending him a bunch of before pictures before I go and say "Remember this version of me while you're waiting tonight." I hope it shocks him! I'll be in the US for 3 glorious weeks =)
