Sorry to hear that, Dulo. Are you calorie counting? Unless you're sitting down to a restaurant dinner (in that case, I would plan a low-calorie option prior to going), I would eat light meals for the day leading up to your night out, including a filling dinner, then avoid the fatty bar apps and plan for a couple of low-calorie drinks and try to be moderate. It's hard, but I would just remind myself that it's not worth un-doing all of my hard work throughout the week.
I've been eating well, but have dropped the ball a little bit with exercise. I think I want to re-start C25k. I did it last spring and really enjoyed myself. By May I was running 3 miles at the gym a few times a week. Like with my diet, I also dropped the ball with running and now feel like dying after a mile. My husband bought be a Garmin Forerunner for Christmas, so that should motivate me to get out there with my double jogging stroller.
Even though I'm sure it's water weight, I have to admit that the .4 lb gain bummed me out this morning.
I'm joining a bit late but need this accountability for the month. Especially after 'forgetting' about this website for 10 months, whoops.

Week 1 over, not too bad I suppose! Would love to have gotten it up to a nice even 1 lb!! But a loss is a loss and considering it was my period week I'm quite impressed actually!

February 6: 162.4 No pounds lost. Treat meal yesterday. New exercise program this week. AND TOM... Realising my goal might be too high, but Im sure going to try my best.
February 11: 160.2. 2.2 pounds lost. Weighed in two days early. Very pleased with the loss. Another 6,6 pounds to go...
February 18: 158.8. 1.3 pounds lost. I was hoping for just a little bit more. But 1.3 is nothing to be dissapointed about. I also changed my weight-in days to Saturday, so added a 5th weigh-in day in February. Total of 3,5 pounds lost. Another 5,3 to go.
February 25: 157.1. 1.8 pounds lost. Another 3,5 pounds to go. That means I wont make the goal. But Im not complaining.
February 29: 156.6. 0.4 pounds lost.
Total Loss this month: 5,8 pounds.
Thats means I had another 3 pounds to go to reach my goal. Oh well, Im just happy I lost this much.
I lost over 40lbs prob two years ago now and I've been maintaining which is great but, I forgot how great and empowering it is to be back on the wagon! Time to lose three last 40lbs! Down 3 this week, thanks to all of you ladies for making me accountable!
This has been the best week of my life! I lost 4 pounds, got to an Overweight BMI and....MY GIANTS WON THE SUPER BOWL!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Y!!! GO BIG BLUE!!!

I'm happy . I'm down to 143.4 yay Down 2.4lbs so far this week. I'm going to count my first week till the 8th so who knows maybe I'll get to that magical 142, I haven't seen yet, this week!
I'm back!!! Only gained two-five poounds after the wedding, honeymoon (in New Orleans ), Christmas, newly wed life...but I have started to notice that my muscles have gotten very weak and my cardio is pretty crappy. So I am going to jump back on the wagon.
