    Down another 3 lbs!! That's 19.5 lost so far this year. I am very excited. Only 1.5 to my March 1st goal. I will be LUCKY to make it since this week is my TOM, but one can only TRY!!

  • oh so excited! i came in this morning at 207.5 and 45% bf, which is great b/c it means i've lost 6lbs of fat and gained 1lb of muscle in the last month! i might just make that 15lb goal by Easter!

    Sandi, you are superimpressive right about now! i'm so happy for you! 19.5lbs this year, that's fabulous!!!

    I lost 1 pound this week. I'm up to 95.5 lost. I'm excited to be nearing the 100 pound mark! It won't be long now!
  • Wow Sandi, You've lost over 40 pounds! That is great! half of that in just the two months of this year! Keep it up, you CAN do this when you put your mind to it.

  • I'm @ 288 today.
  • I lost five pounds this week (the two I gained last week, plus three more). I'm feeling a little apprehensive, for some reason (looking around to check for fat lurking, waiting to jump back on).
  • OK. I just weighed for the first time in I don't know how long. I'm proud of myself for facing the music.

    I gained 6 1/2 pounds over the past few months.

    No more! I'm back.

    I lost 2 more pounds this week, so am now down to 236! While I'm happy about the weight loss, there's a down side -- it rained most of the week, so I only went for one short walk.

    Angi, glad you're back to it. It's tough getting on the scale when you know the results aren't going to be ones you desire. That takes courage!
