Hi! I'm in the middle of my getting healthy journey and new to the forums.
I have lost 30lbs very slowly over the last five years (with gains in that time too) and have recently decided to lead a more active role in my life by doing what I can to get fit AND healthy. I'm really looking to drop my body fat % (currently 36% according to my crappy at home scales) and gain muscle.
Hoping to gain some support at the forums, I'm an Aussie girl living in America and haven't found too many IRL friends. I find support is something I lack and could definitely benefit from.
