Healthy, EASY, yummy smoothies???

  • Just bought my first blender

    I love making my healthy, fruity smoothies, but I know I'm probably taking in way too much sugar and calories. Does anyone make their own super low cal, low sugar, maybe even tasteless-veggies smoothie? It just kind of stinks that you always have to use milk/orange juice etc to add the liquid and unnecessary calories and sugar!

  • Add water. Or watery fruits first (ex: melon) and then add the rest. Then you don't have to use juice or milk if you do not want that.

    I suggest the big book of juices. LOTS of ideas there.
