I'm sorry to not be checking in more often. I've been such a busy bee lately. Today was my nephew's 18th birthday party and...well...let's just say I did not stay on plan.
Thankfully, that was the last birthday party in our family until June. Now I can concentrate on getting back on track and STAYING there.
I've decided that I'm going to start counting calories instead of doing high protein. I love how the higher protein diets curb my appetite, especially for sweets, but they are not working for me like they used to. Probably because my calorie count is too high. So I'm going to start keep track.
I'm sorry for not reading up on everyone's posts lately. It's just after midnight and I just wanted to touch base so you guys wouldn't think I fell off the planet. I'll try to get on here tomorrow and catch up.
