Fitgirlygirl Great job on the 1.2 pounds! Well, the amount/volume of food is quite a bit, though. For example, this morning I had 2 very large zucchini and 2-3 servings of asparagus in my omelet. I would say the zucchini is probably 4+ servings. I go through 3 or 4 packages of lettuce during the work week for my sandwiches. At night I have an average of 3 servings of veggies + my protein for dinner. I have been eating a larger container of yogurt at lunch but haven't changed my numbers, yet. So I try to get a large volume of food at lower calories. Volume is what satisfies me. If I get hungry I will cook a package of frozen veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, okra, yellow squash, etc. (that's 5 servings).Originally Posted by FitGirlyGirl

So basically, my calories are off from what I report. It's a guideline that I go by. I am guessing that I eat closer to 1800-2000 calories a day.
