I recently went through a crapload of doctor's appointments -- mammo, dentist, annual, physical, dermo...you name it.
After a thankfully BRIEF worry over an irregular image, I was re-smushed, ultrasounded, and cleared.
Despite my weight, my 50+ loss is helping. Nothing worrysome showed up in my bloodwork, and all the biggies - sugar, cholesteral, thyroid, etc. - are within healthy range.
It's become increasingly important for me to look after myself, especially after losing my beautiful father nearly a year ago. Never been so happy to have a clean bill of health.
