Default Kind of a NSV

Ok first off I hope everyone is doing well. A few months ago I went to the Dr. for my yearly exam, my husband and I have been TTC for about 3 1.2 years now, so I had them do a work up to make sure everything is OK. The test come back saying that I was low in progesterone and would need to see a specialist. I never made an appiontment to go.

On May 1st I hadn't gotten my T.O.M so my DH said he was tired of waiting, (We were going to wait until the following weekend) and had me go get a test. I am Pregnant. Blood test confirmed on May 5th. I am 6 weeks along. We are so happy. My 1st appointment is not until May 31st, but I can't wait. I am still eating healthy but feel like I am gaining a lot of weight. So far I haven't. I gained a lb last week but this week I lost about 4lbs. Its not from morning sickness, because I am not throwing up. As big as I am I think it is still OK but i will definetly talk to the Dr. I ate like crazy this week too.

Sorry to go on & on. I just wanted to share the news. I will now be more in the pregnancy forum. Thanks for all the support I had while I was here.
Take care everyone and keep up the good work!!!!

Congratulations!!! I've been there on the TTC front, and it's so hard (I haven't had children, and now not planning to - long story) but I am always over the moon for anyone who has had a tough time and now has their dreams coming true.

Well done you!

On the 100lb club there are quite a few women who have been on the larger side and gone through pregnancy without a gain, and sometimes even a couple of losses on the way.

When I was preg with my third child I some how lost 19 lbs and the doctor wasn't worried about it he said that it wasn't a problem.

Fantastic news about the pregnancy. Congratulations and thanks for sharing. It put a smile on my face. I went through years of fertility treatments and now have 2 children age 13 and 20 and thank the Lord every day for them.

I loved it also! I thought that the baby moving was the best feeling ever!! I was lucky though no morning sickness. The only thing that got annoying was when the baby got the hicups..
nicolyn75, I hope you enjoy yours and have NO morning sickness...Careful of the cravings though with all three of my kids it was some fatening food I was craving!
