  • Happy new week, everyone

Here we are at the End of Week 3 & Beginning of Week 4!

Here's a link to the spreadsheet for everyone to update: Spreadsheet

How'd this week go for everyone? Follow your plans or change them?

    Give us your updates!
  • I weigh in tomorrow morning, so I'll post my update on the whole week, then
  • I did my challenge WI this morning and was SUPER happy, I WI at 156,2 lbs (loss of 1,2). Considering I was 3 days away, having a couple of drink and not working out that much... I was expecting a gain!

For this week, my challenge is to ran 3 times my 5k during the week, my Run for the cure event being next sunday
  • I am susper duper excited down 2.5 this morning guess those 4 days in a row at the gym have paid off.

This week, continue with my 30-60 min cardio a min 5 days and track track track my points!
  • I weighed in yesterday but I will weigh in tomorrow too after the last official day of my challenge.

I have a new goal for the week: get more sleep.
  • Congrats everyone on the losses!!!! I lost 3.8 lbs last week (I weigh in on Sundays)! Hoping for another 3 next week! I start C25K tonight! I never thought I'd be so excited to run...for fun now the less LOL!
  • Holy smokes to all of these great losses!

I stayed the same this week but I weighed a full 2 lbs less on my home scale this morning so I think my body was playing catch up to how awesome I did last week and I'll have a big loss next week. Times like these are when I am glad I weigh at home too so I can see that the huge Thai dinner I had (within points) the night before weigh in May have artificially increased my weight for official weigh in.
  • So I put the data for the people who haven't posted their WI for week 3 yet, and for week 3 we lost a total of 28.4 pounds, bringing us to a total of 76 lbs lost since the beginning of the challenge

Keep up the good work ladies!!!
  • Down another 2 lbs this week!
  • HOLY CANOLI...as a group, we are UNSTOPPABLE!!! Great job everyone!

I weigh in Wednesday, but no matter what I fully intend to ....keep my cool. TOM is due. Enough said.

My non-scale goal is to get more exercise.

Good luck to all of us.
  • Got distracted by life yesterday, so I'm back to day to give the update.

I'm down 1.5 pounds this week. My sleep has been off, -but- I did really, really well staying within my points and getting in regular movement and exercise. So I'm just going with that. =)

Glad to see we're doing so well! That's so exciting!
  • I lost 3.8 last week! Hubby caught the bug that is going around so I'm hoping hoping hoping that I don't get sick too. I'm worried that if I do, I'll get behind in my running group/class thingy. A lot of people dropped out the 2nd week, particularly folks in the back and struggling a bit. I don't mind at ALL if I end up being last, I just don't want to be super behind and not able to keep up at all. I sometimes waste too much energy worrying about things that may never happen. I keep trying to tell myself just to focus on staying well-rested and making healthy choices and just do the best I can. Apparently I give myself a lot of pep talks. I may be losing a little sanity along with that weight!

Hope everyone is off to an amazing new week and grats on all the losses.

OMG you should hear me talking to myself (in my head, of course) while I'm running. It's an unstoppable ''you can do it, only XX km away'' ''come on, you can do better'' ''oh no you're not stopping till the very end!''

We get motivation where we find it
  • Down .8 which is good. What I'm noticing is that ever other week tends to be a low number or slight weight gain and then the following weight in I drop a few pounds...I have not gone over my points weekly points, but still the roller coaster losing...
  • After gaining 2 pounds last week I was down 3 this week. Yea!!!! Now to keep this up. I am trying to focus on each meal individually - make smart choices at each meal. So far it seems to be working.

Congrats to all on their losses!!!
