My first mini goal--or maybe major goal.. whichever way you look at it.. is to lose 10 pounds by Halloween. I am going out to state(New Orleans, LA) for Halloween and want to look good! I am currently at my highest weight ever(182) Any suggestions?
I count calories and average 8-10 pounds a month (sometimes TOM messes with me). Exercise will also shred inches, which gives you a leaner appearance regardless of pounds lost. Good luck!
I set the same goal last week: 10 lbs. by Halloween. I'm down 2 since then, so I think I stand a good chance of hitting it.
So far I've eliminated soda and eating after 9:00pm and rid my house of junk food (for snacks I bought a bunch of 100 calorie stuff). Between that and actually counting calories, I think I stand a good chance. Maybe some of the same things could work for you as well?
