Uggh, I am so stuck here at 194!! The same thing happened when I was 214...there must be something about the '4's'. LOL. I think I need to up the exercise or something??
Bah! Sooo close, ladies! I've been in the 190s since June/July. Today I weighed in at 194.5 lbs. Here's to it being THIS month! I want to kick obesity to the curb, and need to weigh-in at 184 to officially do so.
I am finnnnnnaaaallly down to 192.8. I really, really need to kick up the work out routine. I think my body has gotten used to what I've been doing for almost 5 months. Time to push myself more I guess.
What workout/food/diet programs are you guys following?
I am calorie counting and working out. I usually do level 2 of the 30 Day Shred and then 20 mins of treadmill for some extra cardio. Thinking it's time for Level 3 and maybe 30-40 mins of treadmill now..hmmm...
Im following Weight Watchers, got down to 191 this week (I could almost taste the 180's!) then TOM hit, up to 199!! Idk, how that happpened!! Im sick of the 190's, for some reason my body seems set on hanging on to the weight. UGH.
